Privacy Policy
RC Consultancy ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
RC Consultancy is an independent relocation and housing support consultancy for international residents in France. You can contact us at rc.consultancyy@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +33 7 43 76 64 63 for any privacy question or request.
2. What data we collect
When you contact us (enquiry form, email or WhatsApp): your name, email, phone number, and details you choose to share about your move (budget, city, move-in date, requirements).
When you leave a review: we ask you to sign in with Google so reviews are tied to a real account rather than left anonymously. This gives us your name and email address from your Google account. We do not request or store your Google profile photo, and we never see or store your Google password.

- The date you submitted or last edited your review
3. Why we collect it
- Enquiries: to respond to your questions and provide relocation/rental support you've asked for.
- Reviews: to verify that reviews come from real people (reducing fake or malicious reviews) and to display genuine client feedback publicly, only after we've approved it.
4. Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent — you choose to contact us, and you choose to sign in and submit a review. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).
5. Where your data is stored
Review data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in an EU data region. Enquiry form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together. Reviews are kept for as long as they remain relevant and approved, or until you request removal.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten") — including removing a review you've left, at any time, for any reason
- Object to or restrict how we use your data
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, simply email rc.consultancyy@gmail.com. We'll action deletion or correction requests without undue delay.
8. Cookies and local storage
Signing in with Google uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in — this is strictly necessary for that feature to work and is only created if you actively choose to sign in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
